Clergy Who Leave Christian Ministry Are Sending a Message

I unfortunately know too many good pastors who have decided to leave ministry.  Some this was their first call, others after a second call, others this was their first job after college and seminary.  Most seminary students come out of seminary with a substantial debt load.  I know of some that have $20,000 to $100,000 and can be more if they went to seminary directly from college.

These same good pastors, are leaving ministry with this debt load, because of the treatment of congregations that refuse to be church and surround themselves in personal preferences instead of the Gospel and be as the church was in Acts.  You want your pastor to have integrity, that integrity is also not to compromise the gospel.
